Temporary redirects can be useful, but they can also be abused to disguise destinations. LinkTimer is designed to keep the destination hostname visible, reject local-network targets, accept user reports, and avoid presenting redirect links as trustworthy merely because they use the LinkTimer domain.
What this option gives you
Restricted destination formats
Creation accepts public HTTP or HTTPS URLs and rejects embedded credentials, localhost, private IPv4 ranges, and .local hosts.
Noindex redirect pages
Temporary /r/ URLs are served with noindex and nofollow headers so they are not intended as search landing pages.

The redirect routes are delivered with noindex and nofollow directives and are excluded from the sitemap.
What use is prohibited?
