Terms of Service

Effective 7 August 2026. By using LinkTimer you agree to these terms.

The service

LinkTimer creates controlled redirect links and related management tools. Expiring a LinkTimer redirect does not delete, encrypt, or change the destination. The displayed hostname is informational and is not an endorsement or guarantee that a destination is safe.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Do not use LinkTimer for malware, phishing, credential theft, unlawful content, evasion of platform controls, harassment, unsolicited messaging, intellectual-property infringement, or activity that harms users or infrastructure. Automated access must use documented APIs and limits.

Your content and responsibility

You retain rights in content you submit and grant LinkTimer the limited permission needed to host, process, scan, redirect, and display it to operate and secure the service. You are responsible for your destination, recipient notices, consent, and legal basis. We may disable, preserve, or remove links reasonably suspected of abuse or required by law.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Anonymous and Free limits are enforced as published in the product. Paid checkout is unavailable while subscriptions are paused or billing is not configured. When enabled, prices, taxes, renewal interval, and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled through the billing portal; plan access follows verified payment-provider events. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already earned are non-refundable.

Availability and beta features

Features marked beta, planned, download-only, or configuration-required are provided without a production availability promise. We may change limits or features with reasonable notice. No uptime SLA, certification, native connector, app-store listing, or security audit should be inferred unless LinkTimer publishes the corresponding current evidence or contract.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not control third-party destinations or promise uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkTimer is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid LinkTimer in the twelve months before the claim; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Termination, law, and contact

You may stop using the service and delete an eligible account. We may suspend access for material breach, abuse, security risk, or legal requirement. The governing entity, law, venue, and business address must be inserted before commercial launch in the operator deployment record; mandatory local rights still apply. Contact legal@linktimer.net.

ينشئ LinkTimer روابط تحويل مضبوطة وأدوات إدارتها. انتهاء رابط LinkTimer لا يحذف الوجهة الأصلية ولا يغيّرها أو يشفّرها، وظهور اسم النطاق لا يمثل توصية أو ضمان أمان. يحظر استخدام الخدمة للتصيد أو البرمجيات الضارة أو سرقة بيانات الدخول أو الرسائل غير المطلوبة أو المحتوى غير القانوني أو التحايل على الضوابط أو الإضرار بالمستخدمين والبنية التحتية.

المحتوى والخطط والدفع

تظل حقوقك في المحتوى لك، وتمنح LinkTimer الإذن المحدود اللازم لاستضافته ومعالجته وفحصه وتشغيل التحويلات. أنت مسؤول عن الوجهة والإشعارات والموافقات المطلوبة. تُطبّق حدود الاستخدام المجاني كما تظهر في المنتج. يظل الدفع غير متاح إذا كانت الاشتراكات متوقفة أو الإعداد ناقصًا؛ وعند تفعيله تظهر الأسعار والضرائب والتجديد والإلغاء قبل الشراء، وتتبع الصلاحيات أحداث الدفع الموقعة.

التجربة والضمانات والمسؤولية

الميزات الموسومة كتجريبية أو مخططة أو تحتاج إعدادًا أو متاحة للتنزيل فقط لا تمثل وعدًا بإتاحتها إنتاجيًا. لا تُفهم منها اتفاقية مستوى خدمة أو شهادة أو تكامل OAuth أصلي أو نشر في متجر أو اختبار أمني مستقل إلا بدليل أو عقد منشور. تُقدم الخدمة «كما هي» في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، مع بقاء حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية.

الإنهاء والتواصل

يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وحذف الحساب المؤهل. ويجوز تعليق الوصول عند مخالفة جوهرية أو إساءة أو خطر أمني أو التزام قانوني. يجب على المشغل استكمال بيانات الكيان والقانون والعنوان قبل الإطلاق التجاري. للتواصل: legal@linktimer.net.
